Cantarelli Formaggi has been handed down from generation to generation (now in its sixth) and offers Parmigiano Reggiano and Grana Padano with all the traditional flavours, aromas and perfumes of this authentic ancient traditional product.
They only prepare cheeses from their rightful zones: Parmigiano Reggiano, only from the provinces of Reggio Emilia and Parma. Grana Padano, only from the provinces of Mantova and Brescia.
Their special cheese production methods set them apart from other brands in the market.
Their natural seasoning system, still practiced to this day in ancient stone wall facilities, dating back to the 1800s, allows them to produce cheese that matures in a natural balance of temperature and moisture.
Thanks to this process, the cheese expels the excess moisture, above all the residual whey after processing, enhancing its perfume and aroma.
